  I have dealt with a couple different agencies prior to Angels Of Hope. The ones that the state agency directed me to these companies would send people to my home that I couldnt even trust they damage hundreds of dollars of my personal belongings too lazy to make sure remotes or things like that wasnt on the bed when they jacked the covers off to wash the clothes the bedding did not really care what I was going through. I had given up I didnt want l to deal with it anymore until I met and dealt with the owner her counterpart Alberta, *******, and ***** person the owner Alberta, you come to my home and chill that she was concerned regarding the type of care that she was offering questions and needed answered and was directed to ***** at the office who went out of her way to give me the information I needed that really wasnt part of the job I was so surprised how ******* ******* come to my home and explain to me how they guarantee the people they provide to come out and I would not have issues like that anymore, where they would steal from me. The people in management did not care even when I told them Ive lost several hundred dollars worth of electronics that theyve been damaged and they would still send the same person again and I was very concerned after about 30 minutes. I felt comfortable enough with the owner to give it another try and to her credit everything she promised was delivered they went out of their way to make sure any concerns would be dealt with i and I have a pretty good sense of the character, and after a little bit of talking to me and telling me more about how they ran the company as far as providing me with a good home provider felt comfortable and everything that she said she followed through. It was not one of those things where Id have to keep complaining. I never had no one coming now that didnt go above and beyond what they had to do. I was so surprised with the different quality of employees they sent to my home I am so grateful that the people that would come show to concern, especially when I had to go have surgeries couldnt get around. They would not let me get up and move around without the proper ****** making sure they held onto me. I mean, I can go on and on, but to just make this to the point I was very impressed thank God I did go with that because when I did have surgeries had three at one time and I could not even get out of bed and my caretaker, make sure I had hot meals that was good for me. Didnt just throw stuff together or tell me they couldnt do this. There was no cant do attitude with the people that came to my home totally different than anything I had dealt with with any other company to that point and thankfully I did give them another chance to prove that they were different because they are and if I ever need assistance again, I would not settle for anyone besides this company. Texas Angels Of Hope is the name to remember if you have a family member who needs help and want your family member to be well taken care of. I felt that I was there only client even though I knew I was not thats the feeling that came through to me and only wished that I had Opportunity for down the two years prior to that that I dealt with subpar providers and management who did not care that they didnt do the job that they destroyed my electronics which they should have replaced instead they just said tell her to make sure she doesnt do that again like it was my job topolice these people when Im sick and needing help I should not have to worry about making sure something as minor as removing a remote off of a bed. I never had that experience with Angels Of Hope and if I ever needed help again. I would not accept help from any other company when it comes to a home provider or any thing that they offered I know that they are true to the word which means everything to me as a small business owner. I know how important it is to do what you promise, but they obviously treat their employees very well because *** never had a bad experience since I dealt with them and I am so grateful to have been both the owner and the woman that runs the office ***** to ask anything even if it didnt involve what they were there to do. They would go out of their way and know how important that is as a small business owner myself you only as good as you were and the word was spot on and Im so grateful that I had a chance to have them take care of me my time of need
